
Martha received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (’08) and Master of Arts in Psychology (’12) degrees from San Diego State University and Boston University, respectively. She has worked in public health research (Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos), aging and Alzheimer’s disease research at the University of California (San Diego), and has been a research coordinator at the Harvard Aging Brain study (HABS) since 2016. Currently, she assists in data collection, outreach efforts, and coordinates the newly funded Spanish speaking cohort of HABS. She is excited to work closely with the Multicultural Alzheimer Prevention Program team and to continue learning about aging and cognition in older adults within and outside the Latino community.
